This is not a visiting or return address unless explicitly stated.

3. Contracts & Orders

A contract is formed once your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may exclude:

  • Customs charges

  • UK VAT for goods shipped from outside the United Kingdom

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the courier upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are 7–12 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Courier delays

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

6. Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must:

  • Return the item within 14 days of cancellation

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

7. Exemptions from Cancellation

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Sealed hygiene products once opened

  • Perishable goods

  • Digital products once downloaded

  • Items showing clear signs of use

8. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

  • As described

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

If your item is faulty or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photo evidence.

9. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profits or business

  • Delays beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your statutory rights under UK law.
